Pizza stone engineered from Cordierite, making it suitable for use on various heat sources including the traditional oven, grill and the barbecue. Ideal for baking crispy pizzas, focaccia and biscuits.
After using the pizza stone, remove bigger pieces of baked-on food with a brush or towel. To clean thoroughly, we advise the use of a soft sponge in combination with water (without detergent) once the pizza stone has cooled down. Dry immediately afterwards.
